With over 20 years of experience as both a special operations tactical instructor and a professional mixed martial arts (MMA) athlete, I’ve had the privilege of training alongside and learning from elite operators, top fighters, and martial arts experts. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to instruct a diverse range of individuals, from top tier special operations personnel, to law enforcement officers, foreign soldiers, world-class MMA athletes, and everyday citizens. My focus has always been on improving situational awareness, defensive abilities, and building confidence. My life’s work has been dedicated to understanding the complexities of violence and developing simple, effective protection strategies that are realistic and accessible for everyone.
